Cardinals QB Max Hall passed neurological tests on Tuesday and is cleared to practice. PFW correspondent Kent Somers is reporting that if practice goes well, Hall will start Sunday's game against the Buccaneers.

Hall took a blow to the head in Sunday's loss to the Seahawks. He was just 4-of-16 passing for 36 yards with an interception before leaving the game. His replacement, Derek Anderson, completed 8-of-17 passes for 96 yards.

Head coach Ken Whisenhunt said that the rookie Hall would start if healthy.

The way we see it

Looks like Hall will start Sunday against the Bucs. He has yet to help an ineffective passing game for the Cardinals, and WR Larry Fitzgerald has yet to get going.

Fantasy Spin

If you are in a two-QB league or your starter is on a bye and you're in a bind, you can pick up Hall as it looks like he will start against the Bucs. Fitzgerald has struggled with both Hall and Anderson at QB, so there isn't much of a change for his fantasy value regardless.
