CB Dunta Robinson will be held out of the Falcons' Week Seven game against the Bengals after suffering a concussion last Sunday against the Eagles.

Robinson was involved in a violent helmet-to-helmet collision with Eagles WR DeSean Jackson, who also will sit out Sunday and possibly longer. Robinson was fined $50,000 for the hit.

The Falcons signed Robinson this offseason after he spent his first six seasons with the Texans. He has 13 career interceptions and has started all six games this season with 24 tackles and three passes defended.

The way we see it

The Falcons could have used their top corner against the Bengals' WR corps of Terrell Owens and Chad Ochocinco. CBs Christopher Owens and Brian Williams will be counted on to pick up the slack with Robinson out.
