Take a quick stroll down memory lane with PFW for a recap of the Vikings' Week Seven contests each of the last five seasons:

2009: The Vikings fell 27-17 to the Steelers as QB Brett Favre failed to throw a touchdown pass on 50 attempts and had two turnovers. His interception was returned 82 yards for a Steelers score in the final minute, clinching the game. RB Adrian Peterson scored Minnesota's only offensive touchdown on a two-yard run early in the second quarter. The Vikings wouldn't find paydirt again until WR Percy Harvin took a kickoff 88 yards for the score. WR Sidney Rice had a game-high 10 catches for 136 yards.

2008: Four interceptions of Vikings QB Gus Frerotte helped cost the Vikings a 48-41 decision in Chicago. Peterson and RB Chester Taylor got things going on the ground, rushing for a combined 155 yards and three scores. And WR Bernard Berrian and TE Visanthe Shiancoe each caught TD passes, but it wasn't enough to stop a Bears team that took advantage of Minnesota turnovers and mistakes.

2007: QB Tarvaris Jackson completed only 6-of-19 passes for 72 yards in a 24-14 loss to the Cowboys. The Vikings accumulated 196 yards of offense, led by 63 yards rushing and a touchdown by Peterson. Minnesota had no answer for Dallas QB Tony Romo, who was 31-of-39 passing for 277 yards and a score.

2006: Taylor rushed for 169 yards and a TD, adding a team-high four receptions, in the Vikings' 31-13 win over the Seahawks. QB Brad Johnson was 15-of-24 passing for 171 yards and a score, and RB Mewelde Moore got involved in the passing game by hitting TE Jermaine Wiggins in the endzone on his only toss of the day.

2005: The Vikings rallied from 17 points down to defeat the Packers 23-20. After being shut out in the first half, the Vikings got two Daunte Cullpepper TD passes and two Paul Edinger field goals to put them in the lead. Green Bay answered with a field goal of its own to tie things up, but Edinger hit a 56-yarder as time expired to give the Vikings the win.
