Browns QB Colt McCoy will start his second consecutive game on Sunday against the Saints, according to an ESPN report.
QBs Jake Delhomme and Seneca Wallace are listed ahead of McCoy on the depth chart, but both will be unable to start because of ankle injuries.
In his first NFL start, McCoy completed 23-of-33 passes for 281 yards with one TD pass at Pittsburgh. He also threw two interceptions and was sacked five times.
The way we see it
The rookie quarterback did a decent job in his NFL debut, but things won't get much easier against New Orleans' seventh-ranked pass "D."
While McCoy played well in his debut, he's not going to draw starting consideration in most formats. Fantasy owners who need QB help, as well as those in keeper leagues, need to keep an eye on the Browns' QB situation to see if McCoy earns more playing time after the bye.
