Bears offensive coordinator Mike Martz said this week that the Bears need to run the ball more, which may not have been good news for owners with Jay Cutler on their roster. We'll believe Martz is truly committed to the ground game when we see it. Cutler is worth considering for a start against the Redskins' defense, which has allowed at least 232 passing yards in every game thus far.
Owners frustrated with TE Greg Olsen's inconsistent production shouldn't expect to ever feel comfortable about starting him this season. Cutler said the Bears are doing everything they can to make sure he's involved each week. Yet, he hasn't made a catch since Week Five. Chicago's opponent this week, Washington, ranks 31st vs. the pass, but starting Olsen, who is on pace for 40 catches, has bust potential.
