Steelers LB James Harrison likely will be hearing from the league this week about his punishing hits from Sunday that knocked Browns WRs Josh Cribbs and Mohamed Massaquoi out of the game. But Harrison believes that result means he has done his job.
Harrison told the Associated Press he doesn't want to put any player out of a game or jeopardize his career, but he was unapologetic for his hits, saying he is out to hurt any opposing player who comes near him on the field.
The way we see it
While Harrison is just playing the game the way he knows how, the league will not be pleased to hear his comments considering the multiple head injuries suffered on Sunday around the league, including two of his doing.
