After helping the Dolphins' turnaround from 1-15 to an 11-5 playoff team in 2008 and influencing this year's personnel decisions, Bill Parcells turned over control of the team to GM Jeff Ireland in September, as expected, but remains with the team as a consultant — for now. According to his contract, Parcells can cash out whenever he wants, and he has alluded to remaining in football in a new capacity. What does this mean for the future of the Dolphins, post-Parcells?
