We take a look at another key matchup to Sunday's Cowboys-Vikings game:
Cowboys receivers vs. Vikings secondary
The Cowboys have three strong receivers — one who is playing at an elite level. Miles Austin has proven that last season was no fluke, and he demands specialty coverage. Although Dez Bryant is a young player with a ton of upside who is improving every week, you can't forget about Roy Williams, who had a 115-yard game his last time out. Tony Romo has faith in all three to make a big play, though it's clear that Austin is his most trusted target.
The Vikings have played very good pass defense for the most part this season, and they have done it shorthanded almost every game. Now they'll be without Cedric Griffin, who is out for the season, and they might be missing Chris Cook, his long-term replacement, against the Cowboys. Antoine Winfield this week told PFW he thinks the Vikings can manage if they are shorthanded and that FS Hussain Abdullah can help out if and when the Cowboys spread the field.
