The Raiders have announced that Jason Campbell will be their starting QB on Sunday, as the veteran fills in for the injured Bruce Gradkowski.

Campbell started the Raiders' first two games this season but was then benched due to ineffectiveness. Gradkowski took over in Week Three but was hurt last Sunday with a shoulder injury, forcing Campbell to come in and lead the team to a victory over the Chargers.

As one of three AFC West teams at 2-3, Oakland is looking to continue momentum in Week Six, as they travel across the bay to face the winless 49ers.

The way we see it

The Raiders may have expected more out of Campbell when they dealt for him in the offseason, but with a win on Sunday, the team will be 3-3, with the veteran QB taking the majority of snaps in all three victories. Last Sunday he had the look of a premier QB, completing 13-of-18 for 159 yards and a TD.

Fantasy Spin

The 49ers boast one of the league's worst pass defenses, but playing Campbell is a major stretch. The Raiders lack top-flight wide receivers, and game-breaking RB Darren McFadden is questionable for the game with a hamstring injury.
