Eagles QB Kevin Kolb will get the Week Six start against the Falcons, with Michael Vick still suffering from a rib injury.
Vick hurt his ribs in Week Four and has been unable to participate in practice, although he did throw on the side Thursday and is listed as questionable for the game against his former team.
Kolb led Philadelphia to a 27-24 win over the 49ers in Vick's absence last week.
The way we see it
Kolb was the Eagles' starter to begin the season and Philadelphia has trust in him under center. It will be the third start of the season for Kolb, although he threw only 10 passes in the season opener before suffering a concussion.
Kolb could be a decent fill-in for quarterbacks who are injured or on a bye week. He threw for 253 yards and a touchdown last week and will be facing a middle-of-the-pack Falcons pass "D" that's giving up 223.4 yards per game and has allowed five TDs.
