The Cowboys signed WR Jesse Holly from their practice squad on Friday and released OT Robert Brewster.
Holly spent all of the 2009 campaign and the first five weeks of this season on Dallas' practice squad; he has also spent time on the Bengals' practice squad. He is expected to contribute on the Cowboys' special teams, as he was one of the final cuts in training camp after an impressive preseason. The 6-2, 211 pound receiver originally joined the team after winning Michael Irvin's reality show on Spike TV, "4th and Long."
Brewster, the team's third-round choice in 2009, played in one game this season for the Cowboys after missing all of last year on injured reserve with a torn pectoral muscle.
