The Browns have serious concerns at quarterback after Week Five and could be in the hunt for a veteran.

QB Seneca Wallace, who has started since Week Two, had to leave Sunday's game with a sprained ankle.

Jake Delhomme, the opening-day starter, returned to the field on Sunday when Wallace went down and seemed to still be hobbled by his ankle injury that knocked him out of the season opener.

Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain-Dealer reported Monday morning that Delhomme re-injured his right ankle and has a high and low sprain. He'll undergo an MRI on Monday.

Head coach Eric Mangini said he will wait to see test results on Wallace's ankle before getting another QB prior to the team's Week Six game against the Steelers.

Rookie QB Colt McCoy is the only healthy signalcaller on the roster.

The way we see it

Wallace was efficient before his injury against the Falcons, going 11-of-15 through the air for 139 yards and a TD. When Delhomme came in, he threw two interceptions. With the Steelers' defense looming in Week Six, the Browns may need to go find a veteran arm if Wallace is unable to go.

Fantasy Spin

If Wallace is one of your QBs, be like Mangini and wait and see the test results, but he likely would start if he is healthy.
