The Titans have released LB Jamie Winborn, according to PFW correspondent and Tennessean reporter Jim Wyatt. Gerald McRath will be taken off the reserve/suspended list and placed on the 53-man roster.

Winborn, a 10-year vet, started three games this season, recording nine tackles. This was his second season with the Titans.

McRath was suspended in June for four games due to a violation of the league's policy on performance-enhancing substances. A fourth-round pick in 2009, McRath played in all 16 games a year ago, recording 47 tackles and grabbing one interception.
