The Saints have been careful not to drop any hints when it comes to their plan for FS Darren Sharper, who will be eligible to be activated off the PUP list in Week Seven, when New Orleans hosts Cleveland. While Sharper recently told reporters he's already healthy enough to play, it's not a sure thing that he'll be in the starting lineup right away. The Saints are not eager to rush his return with Malcolm Jenkins doing a nice job of filling in at free safety. Sharper can start practicing with the team in the days leading up to Week Seven and the Saints will have three weeks to decide if they want to activate him. They will have multiple options to consider when it comes to deciding how best to use Sharper. He could start off playing in nickel and dime packages and ease his way back into things before he becomes a full-time player again.
