Here is a recap of the fines handed down by the NFL on Friday for actions taken in Week Four.

Titans CB Cortland Finnegan $10,000 for hitting Broncos OL Chris Kuper when Kuper's helmet was off.

Saints LB Marvin Mitchell $10,000 for a major facemask penalty.

Eagles S Quintin Mikell $7,500 for a horse-collar tackle.

Giants LB Jonathan Goff $7,500 for helmet-to-helmet contact and $5,000 for unnecessary roughness.
