The Bengals have ruled out rookie WR Jordan Shipley for Sunday's game against the Bucs. Shipley suffered a concussion in Week Four after a hit from Browns S T.J. Ward.

WR Chad Ochocinco was held out of Friday's practice with a groin injury and is listed as probable for Sunday's contest. He is expected to play.

The way we see it

While QB Carson Palmer has plenty of weapons, Shipley has been one of his favorite targets this season. The Texas product leads all rookie wideouts in both receptions (15) and receiving yards (190). WR Andre Caldwell could step into Shipley's position in the slot.

Fantasy Spin

Ochocinco should still be a start in fantasy leagues as he expects to play Sunday against the Bucs. With Shipley out, Ochocinco, Owens and TE Jermaine Gresham could get a couple more targets each from Palmer.
