The Raiders' 31st-ranked run defense could be missing a key component for another month. DT John Henderson, who has missed two games with a stress fracture in his right foot, could miss 2-5 additional weeks.

Raiders head coach Tom Cable told reporters Wednesday about Henderson's new prognosis. The starting DTs, Tommy Kelly and Richard Seymour, have just one backup in Desmond Bryant.

The way we see it

Henderson is a two-time Pro Bowler and had three sacks in 15 starts last season with the Jaguars. In the two games he played this season, he recorded eight tackles. He's a big, veteran performer for the Raiders' reeling run defense and they may want to add another body for some depth at defensive tackle.
