Todd Collins will start at quarterback for the Bears when they face the Panthers on Sunday.

Jay Cutler suffered a concussion in Week Four and he was limited in practice on Wednesday, but he will be inactive for the Carolina game.

This will be Collins' first start since the 2007 season. He suffered a neck stinger vs. the Giants after coming in relief of Cutler, but was a full participant in practice on Wednesday. Caleb Hanie will be Collins' backup.
