Take a quick stroll down memory lane with PFW for a recap of the Bears' Week Four contests each of the last five seasons:

2009: The Bears exploded for 27 second-half points to defeat the Lions 48-24 and earn their third win of the season. QB Jay Cutler threw two touchdown passes and rushed for a third, while RBs Matt Forté and Garrett Wolfe each scored on the ground. Cutler looked to the tight ends in the red zone, connecting with Greg Olsen and Kellen Davis for touchdowns through the air.

2008: After losing to the Panthers and Buccaneers in the previous two games by six points combined, the Bears used a goal-line stand late in the fourth quarter to hold off the Eagles in a 24-20 victory. DE Alex Brown made a key tackle on RB Correll Buckhalter on 4th-and-goal to keep Philadelphia from taking the lead. QB Kyle Orton led the way with three touchdown passes, finding WRs Devin Hester and Marty Booker, along with Olsen, for scores.

2007: Leading 13-3 entering the fourth quarter, the Bears' defense surrendered 34 points in the final quarter in a 37-27 loss to the Lions. QB Brian Griese threw three interceptions, and Chicago averaged just 3.1 yards per carry. WR Bernard Berrian led all receivers with eight receptions for 99 yards.

2006: The Bears remained undefeated with a 37-6 stomping of the Seahawks on Sunday night. DT Tommie Harris and DE Mark Anderson recorded two sacks apiece, and LB Lance Briggs had 10 tackles for the Chicago defense, which did not allow a touchdown. RB Thomas Jones rushed for 98 yards and scored twice, while QB Rex Grossman threw touchdown passes to Berrian and WR Muhsin Muhammad.

2005: The Bears were on bye.
