Titans CB Jason McCourty underwent surgery for a broken forearm on Tuesday and will miss 3-4 weeks, according to TitansInsider. The injury took place in the second quarter of Tennessee's Week Three win vs. the Giants, just minutes after McCourty grabbed his first career interception.

The way we see it

Rookie Alterraun Verner will step in as the team's starting corner opposite Cortland Finnegan. Verner battled with McCourty for the starting job in training camp and now will have a chance to prove his worth in upcoming games vs. the pass-heavy Broncos and Cowboys.
