Steelers NT Hoke sprains MCL

Steelers backup NT Chris Hoke sprained the MCL in his right knee in Sunday's 38-13 victory over the Buccaneers. He will miss at least two weeks.

Hoke sprained the knee in the closing minutes of the fourth quarter. The backup to Casey Hampton, Hoke has 45 career tackles, two sacks and a fumble recovery.

The Steelers are 16-3 (counting playoffs) when Hoke starts in place of Hampton at nose tackle.

The way we see it

The only other D-linemen on the roster other than the starters are Nick Eason and Ziggy Hood, and both are listed as ends. The Steelers may have to make a roster move to provide depth behind Hampton, who already missed a game this season with a hamstring injury.
