The NFL fined LB James Harrison $5,000 for his hit on Titans QB Vince Young in the Steelers' Week Two victory. Harrison was named the NFL's Defensive Player of the Week after recording two sacks, a forced fumble, a fumble recovery, a tackle for loss and 11 tackles.

One of those sacks cost Harrison, though. He lifted Young and slammed him to the ground on a sack. Harrison was not penalized on the play, but Titans head coach Jeff Fisher said Wednesday that a penalty should have been called.

"That is roughing the passer. That is textbook. You cannot lift and drive a quarterback into the ground," Fisher said on NFL Network. "Now why that was not called? I cannot answer that. I don't know. But that should have been called."
