The Broncos put a mark in the win column yesterday with a 31-14 victory vs. the Seahawks, but suffered two losses that may change their season.

Starting CBs Champ Bailey and Andre Goodman were both banged up in the Seattle game and could be limited or out for Denver's Week Three meeting with Peyton Manning and the Colts. The Denver Post reported Bailey was on crutches following the game after suffering an ankle injury. Goodman left the game in the second quarter after hurting his thigh.

The way we see it

Facing the Colts, teams need as many quality defensive backs as possible, and they don't get much better than Bailey. If he cannot play, it is a huge blow to the Broncos' chances in the game. Nickel back Perrish Cox may be moved into a starting role if Bailey or Goodman is out. Cox had an interception vs. the Seahawks.
