Manning vs. Manning II was even bigger than the original, according to NBC.

The TV network reported that the Colts vs. Giants Sunday-night game, won by Peyton Manning and the Colts, 38-14, received a 15.2 overnight rating and a 24 percent share. The first-ever matchup between Peyton and younger brother Eli, which also was shown on NBC on Sept. 10, 2006, brought in a 14.7 rating and 23 percent share.

The way we see it

When they met four years ago, Peyton was famous for being in lots of commercials and Eli was famous for being Peyton's brother. Now they both have championship rings and Super Bowl MVP awards. The game's ratings peaked in the first quarter, and NBC may have even netted a higher rating if the game had been close.
