Vikings WR Percy Harvin will undergo an MRI on his injured hip on Monday.
Harvin irritated his hip in the second quarter of the Vikings' 14-10 loss to the Dolphins. It occured on a play on which Harvin was blocking.
The Vikings have only four receivers on the roster, including Harvin.
QB Brett Favre threw three interceptions in the loss, one more pick than Favre had in eight home games all of last season.
The way we see it
Favre appeared to not be on the same page with WR Bernard Berrian on a pass that was intercepted, and without Harvin on the field, the Vikings' offense looked severely limited when throwing the ball. Although the seriousness of the Harvin injury is not yet known, this only will increase the speculation that the team might make a trade for Chargers WR Vincent Jackson. The league recently ruled that Jackson could have his six-game suspension reduced to four games if he's traded by Wednesday.
