The Falcons are down to third-string RB Jason Snelling after a pair of first-half injuries vs. the Cardinals.

Starter Michael Turner suffered a groin injury, causing him to leave the game in the second quarter after nine rushes for 75 yards. Third-down back Jerious Norwood hurt his knee and will not return to action.

The way we see it

Snelling started two games for Atlanta in 2009 after Turner suffered an ankle injury, rushing for more than four yards a carry. He has scored two TDs already in today's game and is a capable short-term replacement.
