The quarterback problem for the Steelers just keeps getting worse.

Starting QB Dennis Dixon was carted off the field during the second quarter of the Steelers' Week Two game at Tennessee after injuring his left knee. Backup QB Charlie Batch is now under center.

The team released third-string QB Byron Leftwich on Saturday, but plan on re-signing him next week. WR Antwaan Randle-El, who played QB in college, is the third-string QB for today's game. Suspended QB Ben Roethlisberger can return to the team following Week Four.

The way we see it

The Steelers plan on winning games with a strong running game, physical defense and excellent special teams. Batch is a solid game-manger who has plenty of experience in the Pittsburgh offense, but he won't win many games with his arm. He also has some durability concerns, which has to worry head coach Mike Tomlin.
