Sunday's game between the Chargers and Jaguars will be blacked out in the San Diego area.

A league policy requires all games not sold-out 72 hours before kickoff to be taken off the air in the home team's local market.

The Chargers have more than 7,000 tickets still available for this weekend's game, meaning all homes within a 75-mile radius of Qualcomm Stadium will be unable to view the game.

Local fans will still be able to hear the game on the radio, as well as view a replay of the game at NFL.com, which will be posted at midnight on Sunday.

The Chargers began the season with a disappointing loss to the Chiefs on Monday night. They have a streak of 48 consecutive sellouts, including the playoffs. Their last game blacked out was Nov. 7, 2004.
