Colts OLT Charlie Johnson and C Jeff Saturday will start Sunday's season opener against the Texans. Johnson and Saturday were listed as questionable on Friday. Johnson sprained his right foot in practice on Aug. 6 and returned to practice last week. Saturday underwent arthroscopic surgery on his right knee last month.

Johnson will have the tough task of protecting QB Peyton Manning's blind side against Texans DE Mario Williams.

Also, Mike Pollak will start at ORG instead of Kyle DeVan, and DT Fili Moala will start over Antonio Johnson.

The way we see it

Having Johnson and Saturday start is huge for the Colts and Manning. While Johnson will have his work cut out for him going against Williams all day, his experience, along wtih the four-time Pro Bowler Saturday, will help an offensive line that has had a rough offseason as it heads into a season opener many expect to be close.
