Raiders RB Michael Bush is listed as questionable for the season opener Sunday against the Titans. Bush broke his left thumb in the team's third preseason game, and head coach Tom Cable said last year's leading rusher will be a game-time decision.

RB Darren McFadden will start if Bush can't go. Bush ran for 589 yards and three touchdowns in 2009, while McFadden ran for 357 yards and one score.

The way we see it

McFadden as the featured back is not the ideal situation for the Raiders. While Bush can handle a primary back's workload and wear down defenses, McFadden is better suited as a change-of-pace back.
