The Steelers announced the following players had been added to their practice-squad Monday: TE Eugene Bright, OG Dorian Brooks, S Da'Mon Cromartie-Smith, WR Tyler Grisham, OT Kyle Jolly, DT Steve McLendon, FB Frank Summers, DE Doug Worthington.

The club also named its team captains Monday. TE Heath Miler and WR Hines Ward are offensive team captains, with LB James Farrior captaining the defense and LB Keyaron Fox captaining the club's special teams. Captains are determined by player vote.

Ward, Farrior and Fox were captains last season as well. Miller is a captain for the first time. QB Ben Roethlisberger had been offensive co-captain the previous two seasons with Ward.
