The Chargers announced Sunday that they have signed veteran OT Adam Terry to a one-year contract. To make room for Terry on the 53-man roster, the team released OT Ryan Otterson.

Terry, a 6-8, 335-pound Syracuse product, is in his sixth NFL season. He spent his first five seasons with the Ravens but spent the '09 season on injured reserve with knee problems. He signed with the Colts this past March but was released by the team on Saturday.

San Diego also signed eight players to its practice squad (in alphabetical order):

WR Seyi Ajirotutu (rookie), RB Curtis Brinkley (first-year player), QB Jonathan Crompton (rookie), TE Dedrick Epps (rookie), WR Richard Goodman (rookie), C-OG Jeff Hansen (rookie), OT Nick Richmond (rookie) and LB Kion Wilson (rookie).
