Cardinals FB Nehemiah Broughton likely tore the ACL in his left knee, according to head coach Ken Whisenhunt. Broughton suffered the injury in Saturday night's preseason win over the Bears.

Arizona signed Broughton in January after he spent the 2009 season on the Giants' practice squad.

If Broughton is out for the season, the only fullback left on the Cardinals' roster is Reagan Maui'a. Maui'a has played in 11 career games since 2007 and Broughton has six career games under his belt.
