Media outlets are reporting that the Jets and All-Pro center Nick Mangold have agreed on a deal that will make Mangold the highest-paid center in the league.

ESPNNewYork.com and the New York Daily News are both reporting that Mangold is expected to sign a seven-year, $55 million deal on Tuesday. The deal includes $24 million of guaranteed money and Mangold, unlike teammate CB Darrelle Revis, has been participating in training camp while waiting for his new deal.

Mangold has started every game since he entered the league in 2006.
