Just a few days after Albert Haynesworth admitted that he's actually starting to like the new 3-4 defense, he missed practice on Thursday with a headache.

Haynesworth left practice Tuesday and didn't practice Wednesday due to dehydration, but head coach Mike Shanahan said Thursday it's the headache more than the dehydration that is keeping Haynesworth out.

The two-time Pro Bowl defensive tackle has had quite the offseason. After demanding a trade because he didn't like his role in the team's new 3-4 defensive alignment, Haynesworth reported to training camp but missed the first nine days because he failed a conditioning test and had a sore knee.
