Ravens' ORT Oniel Cousins left Wednesday morning's practice on a cart after suffering from headaches, reported Aaron Wilson of the Carroll County Times.

Cousins had moved into the starting role in place of ORT Jared Gaither, whose back spasms could keep him out six weeks. Head coach John Harbaugh already has concerns with the offensive line, saying he was "disappointed" with the pass protection after the Ravens' preseason win over the Panthers last Thursday.

If Cousins' headaches keep him out, the next option at right tackle is Tony Moll. The Ravens acquired Moll last September. OL Marshal Yanda also can slide over from the guard position.
