The Titans signed DEs Raheem Brock and Chris Harrington on Thursday, providing some immediate help to the team's battered defensive line.
To make room for the two linemen, Tennessee released WR Phillip Morris and waived/injured DE Marcus Howard.
The Titans lost DE William Hayes on Tuesday for at least two weeks because of a sprained right medial collateral ligament in a knee. Meanwhile, DT Tony Brown is on the physically-unable-to-perform list, and first-round draft pick DE Derrick Morgan still has not practiced with the full squad because of a calf injury.
Brock, who had visited Houston on Wednesday, played his first eight years in Indianapolis, recording 28½ sacks. Harrington, a sixth-round draft choice by Arizona in 2008, played in three games with the Bengals in '08 and in three games with the Jaguars in '09, making a combined three tackles.
