Albert Haynesworth will finally be permitted to join his teammates in practices after passing Mike Shanahan's conditioning test Saturday morning.

The Washington Post is reporting that Haynesworth completed the two timed 300-yard shuttle runs in an acceptable amount of time. The paper says Haynesworth completed the first leg in 66 seconds, and after a short break, completed the second leg in 70 seconds.

This was Haynesworth's fourth attempt to pass the test.

The successful attempt came after four days of low activity by Haynesworth, who has been hampered by a sore left knee. An MRI performed Thursday showed no structural damage in the knee.

Now that Haynesworth has passed the conditioning test, he will be eligible to practice and begin learning the intricacies of the team's new 3-4 defense.
