The Eagles have come to terms with unrestricted free-agent WR Kelley Washington.
The eighth-year veteran is coming off his most productive season, having caught 34 passes for 431 yards and two touchdowns in Baltimore, which chose not to re-sign him this offseason.
Washington, a 2003 third-round draft choice by the Bengals out of Tennessee, has 107 career receptions for 1,327 yards and 11 touchdowns.
Washington is also considered an accomplished special-teams player.
