The Broncos reached a deal with the last of their unsigned draft choices Saturday, as WR Demaryius Thomas agreed to a five-year, $15.5 million contract with more than $9 million in guaranteed money.

The agreement came just in the nick of time for the first full-squad workout Sunday morning.

Thomas was drafted to help replace departed WR Brandon Marshall, who surpassed 100 receptions and 1,000 yards in each of his past three seasons in Denver, before being traded to Miami this offseason.

In PFW's 2010 Draft Preview, personnel analyst Nolan Nawrocki called Thomas "a big, strong, long-armed, outside-the-numbers 'X' receiver" but cautioned that "his ceiling could be as a No. 2 (receiver) in the pros."
