The Eagles reached a contract agreement with first-round pick DE Brandon Graham late Thursday. Terms of the deal weren't immediately available.
Philadelphia traded a pair of third-round picks to Denver on Draft Day in order to move up 11 spots to select Graham.
Graham was a second-team All-American as a senior, having racked up 64 tackles, 26 tackles for loss, and 10½ sacks.
In PFW's 2010 Draft Preview, personnel analyst Nolan Nawrocki said Graham has a "very good football temperament — intense, competitive and tenacious" — but "is best when assignments are simplified and he can be turned loose to rush the passer."
The Eagles waived WR Blue Cooper to make room on the roster for Graham.
