Dolphins sign top pick Odrick

DE Jared Odrick, the 28th overall pick in this year's draft, has signed a five-year deal with the Dolphins, according to PFW correspondent Omar Kelly, a beat writer for the South Florida Sun-Sentinel.

Odrick is expected to compete for a starting spot at right end.

In PFW's 2010 Draft Preview, personnel analyst Nolan Nawrocki wrote that the Penn State product's "lack of base strength and inconsistent pad level could lessen interest from odd-front defenses seeking fenceposts, but will also warrant interest as a five-technique and overall versatility adds to his value."
