The Colts announced today that they have agreed on a contract with rookie DL Ricardo Mathews. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Mathews is the fifth of eight Colts 2010 draft picks to sign.

The 6-3, 294-pounder was a four-year letterman at the University of Cincinnati, compiling 69 tackles and 5½ sacks.

Mathews will compete for a roster spot in training camp, which opens Sunday, Aug. 1 at Anderson University in Anderson, Ind.
