The Bills announced Thursday that they have placed OLB Aaron Schobel on the reserve/did-not-report list.
Schobel, who is contemplating retirement, was not present Thursday when the team's training camp got under way. His stance over the summer was that he was unlikely to play football in 2010, but he recently said that he will not make a final decision until mid-August.
The 32-year-old Schobel has 78 career sacks and is a two-time Pro Bowler at defensive end. He is being shifted to outside linebacker this season as the Bills convert to a 3-4 defensive scheme.
The team also announced that LBs Jon Corto and Nic Harris have been placed on the active/physically-unable-to-perform list.
