The Ravens and DT Terrence Cody, a second-round pick from Alabama, have agreed on a four-year contract, The (Baltimore) Sun reported Monday.

The 6-4, 349-pound Cody started all 14 games for national champion Alabama in 2009. He is expected to contribute immediately as a rotational player and will likely spell starting NT Kelly Gregg.

PFW's 2010 Draft Preview described Cody as an "exceptionally strong, one-dimensional, two-down run stuffer who can factor on first and second downs as the anchor of a 3-4 front."

OLB Sergio Kindle, who suffered a head injury at a home in Austin, Texas, on Thursday, is the lone Ravens rookie not to have reached agreement on a contract with the club. According to the team, Kindle, who played collegiately at Texas, is believed to have fallen down two flights of stairs. He was in stable condition at University Medical Center Brackenridge in Austin as of Sunday, according to the team.
