The NFL has completed its investigation into the shooting at Michael Vick's 30th birthday party and will not suspend him as a result, according to various reports.

The Eagles' QB was at the same venue as Quanis Phillips, who was shot in the leg outside the Virginia Beach, Va., party, though Vick has maintained he was not involved or even in the vicinity when the shooting occurred.

Phillips also was Vick's co-defendant in the dogfighting case that put Vick in jail for 18 months and led to a long suspension from the NFL.

No arrests in the shooting case have been made, and Virginia Beach police say Vick was not the shooter.

The Eagles' veterans are scheduled to report to camp Thursday. Rookies were expected to report to Lehigh today.
