Ravens OLB Sergio Kindle is in stable condition after falling down two flights of stairs and injuring his head Thursday night at a house he was visiting in Austin, Texas, according to the team's official site.

Kindle, a second-round pick in the 2010 draft out of Texas, was admitted to a hospital where he is being treated and observed. He will not be present for the beginning of the Ravens' training camp on Monday.

Kindle has yet to sign his rookie contract. He is expected to be a part of the club's OLB rotation this season as a pass-rush specialist.
