The Colts have agreed to terms on deals with rookie CB-RS Ray Fisher and rookie LB Kavell Conner, according to a report from The Indianapolis Star.

Fisher's four-year contract is worth $1.83 million with a $41, 500 signing bonus. Conner signed a similar four-year deal, totaling $1.8 million with $45,000 guaranteed.

Conner, who played his college ball at Clemson, tallied 103 tackles as a senior last year.

Indiana University product Fisher had 40 tackles last year and averaged 36.1 yards and two touchdowns on kickoff returns.

In PFW's 2010 Draft Preview, PFW personnel analyst Nolan Nawrocki wrote that Conner has "good instincts and eyes — processes and reacts quickly" and that Fisher's "kickoff-return ability will be his meal ticket and (he) could eventually help in dime package."
