The Raiders announced they signed fourth-round pick Jacoby Ford on Monday.

Ford, the 108th overall selection, has rare speed and could make an instant impact as a kick returner.

In PFW's 2010 Draft Preview, PFW personnel analyst Nolan Nawrocki wrote that the 5-9, 185-pound Clemson product is a "diminutive, raw slot receiver who does not offer much more than speed in the receiving game."
