The Buccaneers announced Friday that they have signed UFA OG Keydrick Vincent to a two-year contract. They also released OG Sergio Render, an undrafted free agent signed following this year's draft.
Vincent, 32, spent the past two seasons with the Panthers as their starting right guard. He helped lead a ground attack that ranked third in the NFL in rushing both in 2008 and ’09. He also helped pave the way last season for RBs DeAngelo Williams and Jonathan Stewart to become just the fifth backfield tandem to rush for more than 1,000 yards in the same season in NFL history.
Entering his 10th NFL season, Vincent has played in 97 games with 79 starts as a member of the Panthers, Cardinals, Ravens and Steelers.
He came into the league as an undrafted free agent with the Steelers in 2001.
